TeamBuilder Software
TeamBuilder is a behavioural profiling tool that assists in selection of staff and building effective teams within the organization.
It uses the tried and tested DISC profiling system to identify a candidates working strengths, fears and motivators and preferred communication styles. Using the DISC system TeamBuilder can assess the candidates’ likely behaviour in the work environment and resulting value to the organisation.
To use the software, a candidate completes either a paper-based or computerised behaviour instrument/inventory. The scores are then saved in the software. These ‘scores’ are translated automatically into a profile describing the candidates work based behaviour.
9 reports are now available—including a general behaviour overview, a how-to-manage report, an interview questionnaire to get the most information from the candidate being interviewed and a strengths & limitations report among others.
Each report has its benefits to the company—each providing insight in a different way into the candidate and the team being built.
Over 40 filters are also available and it is these that are invaluable to TeamBuilding, allowing teams to be tailored according to desired characteristics.
If, for example, you want your team to produce more results then the 'results driven' filter will identify candidates you can add to the team to help. On the other hand, if your wish is for the team to be more quality focused, then by using the 'quality oriented' filter you identify which candidates can bring more quality-focus to the team.
